1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within South Africa only. We are working on expanding to additional regions — stay tuned!
3. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
- Regional & outlying areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Our Courier Partners We work with trusted South African courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time:
- The Courier Guy – nationwide door-to-door delivery
- Aramex South Africa – reliable delivery across all provinces
- Fastway Couriers (Aramex) – regional and suburban deliveries
- Paxi (PEP stores) – affordable parcel collection points nationwide
The courier assigned to your order will depend on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier's website:

7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier may return the package. Re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at littleobsessed.co.za. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Public Holidays Please note that couriers do not operate on South African public holidays. This may affect your estimated delivery timeframe.
